Rates:

• Off-Season: Starting at $225 per night
• Peak Season: Starting at $285 per night
• Weekend rates are typically higher than weekday rates. Please refer to the availability calendar to determine whether your dates fall within peak or off-season periods.

Cleaning Fee:

• A $75 per day cleaning fee will be added to the total cost of your stay.

Additional Fees:

• A 7% sales tax will be applied at checkout.
• If an item is damaged or broken during your stay, a replacement fee equal to the current market value will be charged.

Discounts:

• Stay 7 or more days and receive 15% off your total.
• Returning guests enjoy 15% off after their third stay.

Booking Guidelines:

• Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, unless you're booking for a special event (e.g., birthday parties, anniversaries, content creation, or family gatherings).

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before check-in.
• For bookings made fewer than 30 days before check-in:
  • 50% refund if canceled within 7 days of booking
  • No refund after 7 days

Guests are expected to follow the house rules. Failure to do so can lead to guests being asked to leave prior to their scheduled check out date and forfeiting any funds being returned back to them. 

• No pets in the home
• No smoking or vaping inside of the home
• Absolutely no house parties unless they were previously scheduled with property manager
• Commercial filming and recording are allowed and the guest must received prior authorization to do so
• Quiet hours are from 1:00am-7:00am
• Guests are expected to park on the driveway or the street. No parking on the lawn 
• If you have any additional overnight guests, there will be a $50 fee
• Guests are responsible for obtaining their own transportation; there is no transportation service associated with the property. 

Check in: after 3pm- early check in can be provided if discussed beforehand. Check out: 12pm 

Once you are booked, you will receive additional information to help you with your stay (the wifi password and keyless entry door lock code)
