Your family will be in close proximity to everything when you stay at this centrally located area, the beaches, casinos, shopping, restaurants, and family entertainment.
Each room is spacious and accommodating toward your needs. It is your home away from home. For my kitchen lovers, all of your cooking needs are right at your fingertips. The front porch is a people pleaser. You have rocking chairs available to simply watch the flow of traffic or a serene place to sip and enjoy your morning coffee. The backyard space is equipped with seating for 6 to enjoy a firepit during the winter nights or a bar-b-que on those summer days. You can literally walk off the front porch or back deck and walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes.

Fees: Off season Prices range from $285 per night. Peak season prices range from $300 per night. Weekend rates are generally higher than during the week. Please be sure to check the calendar to see if your stay falls under the off season or peak season. There will be a $50 a day cleaning fee added to the total cost of stay.

Additional Fees: A 7% sales tax is added at the time of checkout. In the event that an item is broken or destroyed during your stay, you will be charged the current market price for that item to be replaced.
Discounts: A 15% discount is provided for individuals staying 7+ days. After your third rental you can receive 15% off of your booking.
Booking: You can book up to 12 months prior to your stay but no less than a 48 hour booking prior to your arrival. There is a 2 day minimum booking stay unless you are booking for a specific event (birthday parties, anniversary dinners, creating content, family gathering, etc).
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before you check-in.
If you booked fewer than 30 days before your check-in date, then you will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds are available after that.
Guests are expected to follow the house rules. Failure to do so can lead to guests being asked to leave prior to their scheduled check out date and forfeiting any funds being returned back to them.
